The objectives of the company are to directly invest in commercial property throughout the UK by way of single lot and portfolio acquisitions, actively manage it's holdings on a regular basis and retain ownership of its stock. However, a number of buildings have been traded where value has been added and substantial capital gains generated.

Although the company seeks to purchase buildings without partners, it has discovered that in some cases, the only way in which to partake in exciting investment opportunities is through alternative acquisition vehicles. Therefore, it is not adverse to undertaking joint ventures and corporate acquisitions and has successfully completed a number of these transactions in the past.

One of the founding members, Jason Werth, who is the Managing Director, runs the company on a daily basis. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and has over 18 years experience working in the commercial property market covering landlord and tenant, rating, valuations, retail/office agency and investment/development.

The board of directors also comprises another member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a former office and investment agent with over 20 years experience, and two individuals who over the years have started highly successful and very well known businesses. Therefore, each member brings a different and unique skill and perspective to the company which together, forms a wealth of knowledge which is instrumental in analyzing and assessing investment propositions.

Although the company has a large degree of flexibility in terms of its acquisition targets, the assets acquired to date have predominately been in the office and retail sectors. Aspect Property Group, which is seeking to expand its portfolio during the course of 2009 by way of additional retail and office investment acquisitions, will now also consider purchasing industrial buildings, residential buildings and sites.
